I woke up with a terrible itch. My skin was red and swollen below my fingernails. My latest remedy failed because I failed to use it. I knew better but somehow waited until I suffered before applying what I learned worked. Here's the recipe I came up with to overcome eczema due to food, fragrance, and chemical allergies:
1. Please avoid the offending allergens whenever possible.
2. Wash with a fragrance-free, non-toxic soap. I'll give you my brand: Oatmeal Fragrance-Free by Sappo Hill.
3. After rinsing the soap off thoroughly, apply diluted Organic Apple Cider Vinegar while still in the shower. Allow the diluted vinegar to sit for several seconds before rinsing. This helps balance the skin's pH, which is essential for healthy, rash-free skin. It also helps relieve the itch. After several seconds, rinse thoroughly.
4. Within 2 minutes of getting out of the shower and while the skin is still damp, apply my homemade recipe: Jennifer's Body Butter Recipe.
